Win2003 dont recongnize sata hard disk..!!!

Hi, in the installation of windows 2003 i press F6 to install the controller driver´s to SATA controller but the server dont have a floppy unit!!!

What can i do?

if i dont press F6 windows 2003 installation dont recongnize any hard disk...

(1) usb floppy unit.
(2) HP Server can enable ILO remote floppy .
