3PAR 7450 checkhealth node time and hwclock not same

3PAR 7450 checkhealth node time and hwclock not same

When running checkhealth getting an alert say

node 0 time and hwclock are not the same

 

How to correct this ?

Try: setdate MMDDhhmm

If not solved:

Node time and hardware clock not same - Hewlett Packard Enterprise Community (hpe.com)

ACP IT Solutions AGI'm not an HPE employee, so I can be wrong.

Hi trireed12,

Please check the NTP server is configured on your HPE 3PAR using the command "shownet".

If not, please configure it using the command "setnet ntp none|<server_addr>".

Then try setting the date using one of the below syntax.

• setdate <MMDDhhmm>[[<CC>]<YY>][<.ss>]
• setdate –tzlist [group]
• setdate –tz <tzname>
