Good day All,
May I know after I install new drive to 3PAR storage system, is there any downtime for Hyper-V VM if I increase 3PAR virtual volume size?
Which thing need to take note for 3PAR virtual volumn expansion?
Many thanks.

Re: Query: 3par increase virtual volume size without downtime (Hyper-V)
Hi, thanks for reply.
I only have one 3PAR, which currently have 12 slot hard drive. I just want to add another 12 slot new hard drive.
So I assume that after added 12 slot hard drive, what I need to do is just edit (increase) the Virtual Volumn size for CSV in 3par only right? Don't have any downtime for current Hyper-V VM right?
Thanks.

SolutionHello @KentYong,
3PAR Volume expansion is an online activity. It doesn't have any downtime.
