Our array is setup as non-encrypted. However, our array is utilizing 16 Encryped Drives (MOT66B - FIPS Encrypted SSD). If any of those encrypted drives fail, can we replace them with a non-ecrypted drive (K2P91B)?

SolutionYes.
Since your array is not using encryption, it can use either "plain" or self-encrypting drives (SED). It does not matter that you have some SED drives in the array.
Obviously you wouldn't be able to activate and use encryption unless you would replace all non-SED drives.
(And get the Encryption license.)
