How to reconnect 3par storage to server

Hello, 

We had a 3rd party setup connection between our hpe proliant server to 3par storage, fiber cable through fiber switch. I had to reimage the server and need to connect the storage to it, curious if anyone could give me the steps to do so?

Hi,

since the HBA's WWN doesn't change, there's nothing further to do.

Depending on the OS (which wasn't mentioned), you'll need to configure MPIO.

It was setup on server 2016, but I put in a new hard drive and reinstalled windows server 2019. 

Do you have any guides for the MPIO?

Install MPIO by GUI or with: Install-WindowsFeature –name MultiPath-io

Start > Run mpiocpl

Click Discover > should find 3pardata > click OK
