hi team

we have alerts about a problem on CPU 0 of node 0 but I don't understand why even if it is not the master on my HP 3PAR. see alert below .

Hi,

3PAR has an Active/Active Controller architecture.

That means, both Controllers doing Work, not only the Master.

The Master handle only some additional Tasks, like Management.

So from this side, it is O.K., but 90% CPU Load is very high, do you use Compression?

Check with: statcpu -iter 1 -d 15 or use SSMC Reports.

when we verify between SSMC reporter and cli command statcpu -d 300 , we see that we have not same thing .

it's strange

see in attachement file statcpu -d 300 and capture screen ssmc reporter

If you compare Idle Time, it is the same, and now, you have over 90% Idle Time, so everything is fine.

I'm not an HPE employee, so I can be wrong.
