HPE 3Par 7450c - Disk still showing failed after replaced the new disk

Hello

After replacing a failed disk with a new one on datastore 3PAR 7450c, the indicator on the disk is still yellow.

There is failed this in the storage and i have run "showpd -failed -degraded" to check the disk has been brought offline as per below:

replaced the burnt disk with a new one, but the system still shows the old disk

Can you please freshly run the command and check the status again?

If the issue is still there, can you please elaborate the steps you followed to change the failed drive?

I did this steps:

1. To find which pd is faild: showpd -s which gave me next output:

46 1:10:0 SSD failed vacated,prolonged_missing_A_port,prolonged_missing_B_port,prolonged_not_ready,servicing unknown

.....

2. I did servicemag start -pdid 46

3. Cage 1, magazine 10:
The magazine was successfully brought offline by a servicemag start command.
The command completed at Fri Dec 6 16:06:18 2024.
servicemag start -wait -pdid 46 -- Succeeded

4. Then phisicaly replaced the disk, nothing happend, only a new string in showpd -i output showd up, the information :
