download 3.3.2 EMU1 P15

hello friends. 

we sold a client used equipment. the client now writes that he needs this. I logged in under my company account, but I can't download, what am I doing wrong

We can also ask you to send the firmware for HPE 3Par 9450 (3.3.2 EMU1 + 3.3.2 EMU1 P15) and HPE 3PAR Service Processor 5.1.3.0 console, which are needed to get 3Par up and running.

Hello @serge111123,

Not sure if your client likes it, but having active support contract is the only way to get firmwares from HPE.
Your client has to purchase a support contact.
