HPE 3PAR 8440 Issues

Hello

We have HPE 3PAR 8440 and when we trying to make any configuration throw ssh we faced multable issues as shown in the attached screen

if we need to change the mgmt ip we recive below:

InServ cli% setnet startaddr 10.10.10.16 10.10.20.11 255.255.255.0
The admin volume needs to be available to change the network configuration.

and also we reciev below when run any command we recive:

InServ cli% showvv -s
The cache server is waiting for the system manager to finish reporting the system configuration and status. Please try again later.
InServ cli% showld -s
Error: The cache server is waiting for the system manager to finish reporting the system configuration and status. Please try again later.

and also try to run showsysmgr command we recive the below:

InServ cli% showsysmgr
System is waiting for manual startup.

Hello This is Hajime Shimaya.

The command prompt is InSev>.
The command prompt should have the system name you set.
For example, my 3PAR is SAT-3PAr7200 cli%.
To do that, I think you need to complete the initial setup OOTB.

I agree with 555-denoh that this System looks like a new Storage system, where the Initial Setup is not done.

Please tell us more: Was it in Production and Failed or did you just Buy it and try to set it up?

The command prompt was "InServ>", so I think it was before initialization , no Failure.
