LUNs not detected in VMware SRM

Hi, all.

I configured Array-based SRM.

The SRA was installed on the VMware SRM servers(Main,DR), and the Array pair for Main and DR was connected normally.

Then I created a Remote copy group.

However, VMware SRM can't find Device (LUN). Nothing appears in the list.

In the past, I turned off the Auto Failover feature among the Remote Copy group features, and I saw a LUN in SRM, but this time I turned off the Auto Failover feature and the LUN doesn't appear in the list.

SRA compatibility or connectivity is normal.
I think there is a problem in the 3PAR Remote Copy group.
Is there anything I'm missing?

Hello,

This requires logs and configuration analysis in detail. And also VV type, OS, versions, and some test results. Opening a support case will be more appropriate in this scenario.
