SSMC Page cannot be displayed

I couldn’t get connected to the SSMC from any windows 10 station , i have a blank and nothing happen , no error msg.

The problem appear after the upgrade of SSMC Applicance to 3.7 

I have a machine windows 2012 Server witch is able to connect correctly

I tried with multiple navigator and get same issue.

Checking the firewall and nothing is blocked

I would suggest you to check with the compatible OS versions also with Browsers.

As you have mentioned you don't have any issue opening SSMC page from Windows 2012 server machine that means there is no issue with SSMC.

You are facing issue from your Windows 10 system only so you need to troubleshoot this systenm only. May be you can clear cache for all browsers and try accessing SSMC page from different browsers. If possible install a new browser and give a try.

Hello,

Thank you for response but i test all our client windows machine with Windows 10 and all have the same issue.

Testing with differents Browser Chrome , firefox and IE and have the exactly the same issue.

The Telnet from my machine to the SSMC server is correctly established with port 8443.

When i  looking on the Developper part for browser I can see that it block to charging page with error : 
GET https://SSMCApplianceserver:8443/ssmc/ssmc-overrides.css?version=3.7.0.28150 net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET

GET https://SSMCApplianceserver:8443/ssmc/ssmc-super-table.css?version=3.7.0.28150 net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET

This issue is starting just after the upgrade for SSMC Appliance 3.7

Javascript : V8 8.4.371.22

I would suggest you to open a HPE Support case as this requires further investigation.
