Unable to retrieve data to check updates
For some reason, Service Processor is not able to check available updates for both the service porcessor and storage system. It says unable to retrieve data. When the service processor was at 5.0.6, I had to turn off the built in firewall for it to connect out. Now that I upgraded the service processor to 5.0.7 I cannot turn off the built in firewall. It stays on. Help!
What do I need to put in the built in firewall in order it to communicate out?

Thank you for coming on HPE Community forums.
I suggest you refer to HPE 3PAR Service Processor Software 5.0.7 Release Notes from page 107 using the below link

To check and troubleshoot the firewall issues as per the query or assuming if it could be a browser related issue i request you to contact HPE 3PAR technical support and log a case.
