I???m afraid we need some more information to give you a good hint.
At which point do you get this message? In general, it means that a problem with the memory subsystem occurred (I guess during selftest). Are there any memory related logs in the error logs of the GSP?

There must be some more GSP logs which define the errors.
check the GSP logs for further error code relating to the problem

The chassis code you posted is not enough to nail down the culprit. This is just a snapshot and we need to draw the big picture.
Are there any other entries in the error logs (I bet, there are) maybe one that points to a physical location?
How is your memory system configured? I would strip down the memory system to the minimum and try to run it in that configuration.
