SolutionFirmware Upgrade activity is very critical and should be done by HP support personnel or HP-ASP.
Cell board firmwares are System Firmware (SFW) and PDHC.
In brief the upgrade process would be
1. Download the firmware depot and put it in SMS
2. Install the depot using swinstall in SMS
3. Run FW utility from MP main menu.
4. Connect to SMS & select the required firmware image from the list.
