Double high to single high adapter

Does anyone know the part number for a product which adapts a double high HPPB slot to a single high card?
I have to install a (A3495A) 100Base-T card which is single high in a double high slot!

The double high hp-pb normally accepts 2 single high cards, but it depends on the server. The K series for example has double and single slots, but the double only accepts 1 single in the lower half. There are card guides and covers to make up the other half.
Could you describe the configuration in more detail?

Alessio,
For a K-Class system you need 5062-3343 and 1 5062-9367.
5062-3343 to cover the not needed part of the slot and 5062-9367 is the card guide that fits into the midplane.
