you have to set the dip-switches directly on the card.

It's a binary bit pattern so it should currently be set to 111 and you would need to set it to 110.

This card is indeed operated by dip switches, similar to my D boxes at home.
The part number is printed on the card. A google or hp serach will yeild documents that say how to change the id on that card.
