L-class Event 32 Service process not respond

L-class server Model HP9000
found e-mail from server :
Event 32
Severity : Serious
Event Summary:Service processor not responding
Event Class :System
Problem description: the OS is unable to communicate with the service processor: I did as follows:
1.I changed IP address for Console port LAN after that I got email everyday.
2.I can telnet to LAN console port.
3.GSP>XD --> R
the result was not thing.
I would like to know how to check our hardware fail or not.

There is not really a problem. This will keep happening until you upgrade to the latest GSP firmware revision. B.2.17
