Not sure what this means. Does anyone know how I can find out this information ?

You can execute this command:
#file /stand/vmunix
and it will tell you which PA-RISC version your system has.

PA-RISC 2.0 = 64-bit
the output of the 'model' command would be helpful.
If your system is a PA-7000 or higher, then it is PA-RISC 1.1
PA-RISC 1.0 Models:
600, 635, 645, 800, 808, 815, 822, 825, 832, 834, 835, 840, 842, 845, 850, 852, 855, 860, 865, 870, 890
