rp 4440 and 3440 memory

I am wondering if the part A6834A, 4.0GB DDR-SDRAM memory upgrade kit - Includes four 1.0GB, 266MHz, PC2100, non-ECC DDR-SDRAM DIMM memory module
is compatible with the 3440 and the 4440 or is there some inherent difference between the dimms? Partsurfer is very little help at the moment. Has anyone installed this dimm in a 3440?

Notice that the rp3400 series is listed as compatible. You should have no problem putting this memory into an rp34xx or rp44xx.
