The server is not coming up after TC through webconsole.
We found that 2 boot hard disks are corrupted.
How can we goahead to successfully up the server?
Waitinfg for yours quick response.

Hi,
you can also boot thru the support CD and get the Recovery Console and try recovering the boot area.

Thanks for the reply.
We found that 2 hard diks is having problem and engineer need to replace that hard disks.
Please add the steps which is suitable for this situation.
Is the Recovery CD work out for this situation?

If the problem with the DISKs are confirmed, then no point in trying to recover the LIF.
Just replace the disk and restore ignite backup.
by the way how did you confirm the disks problem.
