superdome adding cpu

I have a cpu (risc) on a superdome which is unconfigured.(cell 1 cpu1)
I wish to add it to a partition.
Someone mentioned interupting the BCH!!!!
Can someone tell me how to interupt the BCH and the steps required to configure the cpu.
I have access to the GSP if this helps.
Also, can a cpu be added online on these machines?

Hi,
You cannot add CPU online in any of the HP-9000 systems including Superdome.

Shutdown and Halt at BCH as normal,
The CPU command allows activation and deactivation.
ICOD notify will run as part of startup.
