2520 Switch only issueing 2 ip addresses per port - need more - help

We have a 2520G - 24 port switch.  It only issues 2 ip addresses per port.   Periodically I need to connect a 5 port switch to it, but only 2 ip addresses are issued.  Is there a port configuration setting limiting this?

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

 

By default, there is no restrictions regarding how many end-nodes can be attach to a port. This could be limited by a specific configuration. If you can send us the running config, we will tell what is problem.
