Re: Aruba AP 335 randomly disconnects and connects back
Thank you a lot for tip, but I can find such parameter in my Aruba virtual controller.
If that would be helpful, I can send you my configuration file. All parameters will be there. That might give you a better picture to find cause of my issue.
Please let me know.
Thank you.

Re: Aruba AP 335 randomly disconnects and connects back
Thank you a lot.
I'll wait for your verdict.
Not sure if I need to Convert it to Stanalone AP if I use it as a single access point in my home.
Thank you again.

Re: Aruba AP 335 randomly disconnects and connects back
Hello @alexkosha,
Apologies for delayed response.
Config looks good, can you share AP software version and share logs from AP?
If you are using single Access Point then you can use standalone AP.
Thanks!

Re: Aruba AP 335 randomly disconnects and connects back
Hello @alexkosha,
Logs showing SSL accept = Fail error and I believe it wont be the cause of disconnecting and reconnecting again.
Sep 27 18:42:46 mini_httpd[23150]: handle_request: 2604: SSL_accept fail, child exit after 0 requests error:00000001:lib(0):func(0):reason(1) Sep 27 18:42:46 mini_httpd[23151]: handle_request, 2850: 192.168.0.194, 59465, size 568 Sep 27 18:42:52 mini_httpd[23191]: handle_request: 2604: SSL_accept fail, child exit after 0 requests error:00000001:lib(0):func(0):reason(1) Sep 27 18:42:52 mini_httpd[23192]: handle_request, 2850: 192.168.0.194, 52962, size 568
Is it possible to upgrade AP to latest software and if issue remains then please log a case with supoort becuase it might need remote/LAB intervention.
Thanks!

As mentioned in my previous post:
Logs showing SSL accept = Fail error and I believe it wont be the cause of disconnecting and reconnecting again.

Is it possible to upgrade AP to latest software and if issue remains then please log a case with supoort becuase it might need remote/LAB intervention.
Thanks!

I upraded today to even newver firmware, but Issue is still there.
Not sure if Aruba service will help me since my unit is in private hands and probably out of there service/warranty. That is why I'm looking for solution with you guys.

Re: Aruba AP 335 randomly disconnects and connects back
Called Aruba and as I expected, they tald me that I do not have active servive agreement based on my device ID and my case was closed with no resolution. So, I'm stak with same disconnections issue.
