assign port by mac

Hello, i try to use this command line on my switch J9729A 2920 

static-mac <mac-addr> vlan 123 interface A1.

it work good but when i connect another new lap or pc it's work on the same port that i bind by mac address 

need help please, Because i try to contact with your T.Support but i can't find any email address

I believe what you want is port-security. 

so you type "port-security <port> learn-mode static" and then your command.
