Best way to configure Wake up On LAN on hp 5412zl switch with multiple VLANs

I will like to configure wake on lan on multiple vlans within same network but different vlans address and ipaddress. All nt site were connected together. All servers  on vlan 40 and individual data vlans for each site is 100, 102, 103, 104, 105.

 

Should i add config to router or switch and how can i do that best
