BGP 32-bit AS number

Does support BGP 32-bit AS number in HPE network devices? I have 3800, 6200yl and 5406Rzl2 models with 16-bit number support. No way to use 32-bit?

Re: BGP 32-bit AS number

Hello @sanchesrg !

At this time 4-bytes ASN numbers are not supported. When (and if) this will be included, you will see it in the release notes as RFC6793: BGP Support for Four-Octet Autonomous System (AS) Number spacehttps://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc6793

Protocols and standards supported now:
RFC4271: A Border Gateway Protocol 4 (BGP-4)
• RFC3392: Capabilities Advertisement with BGP-4
• RFC2918: Route Refresh Capability for BGP-4
• RFC1997: BGP Communities Attribute
• RFC2796: BGP Route Reflection
• RFC4724: Graceful Restart Mechanism for BGP

Hope this helps!
