Cannot access flash, show flash returns 0 both on primary and secondary image
This is the output of the command
Office2# show flash
Image Size(Bytes) Date Version
----- ---------- -------- -------
Primary Image : 0
Secondary Image : 0
Boot Rom Version: W.14.04
Default Boot : Primary
I have tried to copy from or copy to flash but it doesn't work and it does not let me upgrade the firmware. I am afraid that in case of a restart I may loose the switch ?
Should I call warranty ?
