Cisco IP Phone doesn"t connect to voice vlan on 3Com E4500PWR

Hi,

I occure a problem to connect Cisco ip phone on 3Com 4500.

i use hybrid configuration on access ports with data vlan untaged and voice vlan tagged.

 

on procuve 2610 it's work with the same configuration.

 

Any one has idea?
