Damage from Freon exposure

We got notification that one of our buildings was "filled" with Freon this morning.

Other than being oily if directly exposed, does anyone know if Freon is corrosive to switches and or electronic parts?

Re: Damage from Freon exposure

Oily?
I was exposed to freon once, and it was massively desiccating.

We used it with electronics to keep them clean.

I'd say that's why it is used for fire suppression in server rooms - it's not bad for your equipment.
