Help with MSTP and OSPF Routing

Hi guys, need some advice. We have three sites, HQ, Woodlands, and DR. I have a ZL at each site and want to enable preferred paths to allow users to access the sites in the least amount of hops. Attached is a Visio I just quickly did that hopefully explains my situation. The desire is for each site to access the others directly, but be able to loop through another site should a direct link go down. Currently one link is disconnected to prevent MSTP from shutting it down (no regions or instances have been created yet).
