hp 2910 and P2000
Hello,
i got a 2910al as core switch linked by 2 fiber aggregated to a 2530(1) and another fiber to a 2530(2)
the 2530(2) is linked to the 2530(1) with fiber too.
i got a HP360G6(1) connected to my 2910al and my P2000 as well, on the other side a HP360G6(2) and a qnap storage are connected to my 2530(1)
STP is enable, core switch is set as root and 2530(1) is blocking port to 2530(2).
i use J4858C as transceivers.
switchs use the latest updates.
this works quite well except when i start to backup my VMs (>150go), the link between the 2910al and 2530(1) just collapse at 25% backup (keeps working with lighter VMs). switchs keeps running.
i dont have any informations in my switchs logs except they notify my ports are going down for few seconds and everything start to work again.
HP360G6 reports losing remote connection.
Veeam reports losing remote connection as well.
i replaced the 2910al and 2530(1) with spares ones, replaced all transceivers, checked settings, checked loops, applied updates.
is it possible that my 2910al get a buffer full or maybe the issue comes from my P2000 ?
how can i increase debug level on my procurves ?
best regards,
