HP 2910al-24G Switch (J9145A) and FreeNAS 9.2.x

Does anyone know how I can setup my FreeNAS box that has 4 Intel 1gb NICS to use LACP on this switch?

On the switch side, configure each of the switchports that will connect to the NAS as "lacp active".

On the NAS side configure all 4 interfaces as LACP.

I am not sure how to go about doing that.  New to HP console.

Either:
ProCurve(config)# int 11-14 lacp active

or: 

ProCurve(config)# trunk 11-14 trk1 lacp

Which one will work will depend on how you configure your NAS.

Right now I just have the FreeNAS running off one NIC. What is best way I should configure it? I know since none of my local pcs have multi NIC no speed boost. But I heard that since I have a few clients accessing the NAS at same time it would help. Also provide fail over.

I am complete new to HP switches and pretty new at using FreeNAS so open to help/suggestions.
