HP 5406, 5412 etc.. RSTP and routing
Hi to All
I'm new here and I'm looking for some advice.
I'm working for a company where a network is based on HP. My background is CISCO and I hope to find a solution to my problems.
1) The first problem is STP. Please see attached file.
How I can set up the links between the SWs to have them all up and running routing protocol ( RIP etc ) to manage the route path. The feature from Cisco ( no switchport ) is missing on HP. Is there any way to simulate this on HP or using a proper design method implement L2 free path.
2) Second question is the a way to capture a logs from ACL ( which traffic has been allowed or drooped.
Thank you in advance for your time and help.
