HP 8212 to TOR

Hi,

 

Can someone tell me if it's possible to connect an HP 8212 switch to a Brocade using Link aggregation?

Sure. Why not?

 

Brocade Ethernet switches support 802.3ad, so when you create the Procurve Trunks, make sure you enable LACP on them.

Vince,

Thanks thought so just want to make sure. Would like to keep everything HP but I have storage which won't talk to the HP via iSCSI so I need to throw another manufacturer in the mix.

Make sure you configure spanning-tree compatibly.
