HP2920 16.02 and 16.03 VLAN ACL configuration missunderstanding

Hello. i've recently purchased 2x2920 48G with stacking features. I installed a 16.03.0003 firmware (which is supposed to be latest). As far as i can see there is only VACL/PACL option there, while 16.02 has also RACLs... Why is it made this way? I mean.. i want OUT lists and IN lists, not only VACLs. I am pretty sure that i dont understand something...

Can someone clear this for me please?

 The more i check documentation the more i am afraid that 2920 doest support RACLs at all.... Since every WB version manual doesnt have any option to implement RACLs.

Can anyone confirm that HP2920 switches only work with VACL type lists? Which is totaly bad... basicly i cant make and "out" lists...

2920 doesn't support Router ACL. You mentioned it worked in 16.02, what is the full version of 16.02 where RACL worked?

2920 supports PACLs and VACLs i.
