HP5412zl with Procurve Manager - cannot see traffic

Hi.

I have installed a new HP Procurve 5412zl switch on our maily 3COM network and also installed the Procurve Manager software to monitor the network. When I look at the new HP switch I cannot monitor the traffic. The switch is showing up on the Dashboard tab. However, I can see the traffic when I look at the existing 3COM switches. Any ideas why?
