Is there a better Aruba / HP Assistance group?

There seems to be very little participation here except for posts that never get any answers. 

Is there another group or is Aruba / HP products really totally worthless?

What "posts that never get any answers" are you exactly referring to?

For specific Aruba (WiFi, in particular) related questions (I saw you very recently started a thread about an old Aruba Networks 620 Mobility Controller <- pre HPE acquisition) you really should post on the HPE Aruba Airheads Community here starting your thread on the Wireless Access technology section.

Generally on the HPE Community (Networking) threads are more related to DC networking even if there is a section about Access/Campus switches (HPE purchased Arbua Newtorks during 2016...and not HPE Networking is under the umbrella of Aruba brand...but that's another long story).

Starting with a rant is never a good start.
