Procurve 4208vl lockup

I have a procurve 4208vl that started recently locking up.  I get a call from our office about once a week saying no one can login.  I check the switch and all lights on all pots are lit up solid green.  Once i restart the switch everything is fine.  What is the problem?

Before you restart it, can you log into it and check the logs? CPU & memory? Any high utilisation ports?

 

What firmware version do you have on it?
