Procurve E2510-24 Switch Running Slowly

I have problem with this switch, running slowly. At the first time the IP was crashed with another device by accident but already reconfigure the IP Address, but still it running slowly.

Any idea?

Did you try upgrade the firmware and try again? Run the sh cpu command from the console and check it out...
