guys,

 

is it somehow possible to adjust the fanspeed or to disable the fan completely?

There is no possibility to adjust fanspeed manually or by software.

 

Opening the switch, removing /unplugging the fan voids your warranty and is not recommended as you expose yourself and the environment where the switch is to health and safety hazzards.
