Traffic on a ProCurve 2920SFP-Plus switch
I have this switch before my HA firewall.
I have 2 wan connections with 1 IP block each. Lets say 1 is a 63.15.x.x network, the other is a 65.17.x.x network.
I need to separate the traffic so that Port 1 is inbound on the 63.15.x.x and port 2 and 3 go to 1 of the HA Firewalls.
Then I need port 5 to be inbound 65.17.x.x network and port 6 and 7 to go to the 2nd of the HA firewalls.
I need to completely separate them.
Is this consdiered a VLAN?
If yes, or no, how do I set this up easily?
Thanks

Re: Traffic on a ProCurve 2920SFP-Plus switch
Hi,
Yes, you would use two different VLANs to achieve that. I don't know what switch the 2920 is but if it's an original procurve (i.e. not a 3com model) I can guide you through the config.
