Using a switch to handle multiple WAN IPs

What is the best solution to handle multiple WAN ips that need to have ports forwarded but diffrent ones for each WAN. Can this be done with a ProCurve switch or any switch?

I think you need a router or a firewall and do the reverse NATing/port forwarding on that.

Can this be done with VLANs and still use a switch?

Are you talking about port forwarding, or just routing? Maybe you need to be more specific?

Both.  We have 12 IP addresses and want to map them to internal IP addresses with port forwarding.  I don't want 12 individual routers.
