about commandview;s problem
Here has a EVA4100 connect with DL380 in Direct connect Mode,the Fabric card is Qlogic QLA 2462.The system is windows 2000,Now I want to setup the commandview for EVA 7.0 Ver.The system can't see the the disk and HSV in commandview,I also discover the hardware ,is failure.system found the hsv200 hardware but the driver 's status is "?" . I install the driver for Qlogic card from Qlogic Driver Media CD .The Fabric Card's Status is ok. How to solve the problem?

I understand that the Windows device manager sees the EVA HSV200 controllers as unknown devices.
You need to install the HP drivers for the Qlogic card (If it's on a Proliant I suppose it's HP).
Or use attached .inf files to register the HSV200 controllers correctly on device manager.
Command View must be connected to both controllers, or at least to the master one.
The ports on the EVA controllers must be set to direct connect mode (that's done from the controller display).

If it is a server running Windows 2003, with a supported HBA (not all HBAs are suppoted on direct connect mode), it may work.
And you'll need the .inf files attached above, as the Qlogic or Dell drivers, do not have the information about HP storage systems.
