Battery assembly error
Hello everybody:
I am a quite confused. My CV EVA reports the following:
Cache Battery Modules
Module 0
Operational state: Failed
Charger state: Failed
However the leds in front of the controller are normal.
How about that?
Greetings Oscar

Re: Battery assembly error
Replace that battery. The LEDs are good for marketing purposes and to give a very simple troubleshooting course, but in 90% of the cases that there's a problem on a EVA, there are no red LEDs on anywhere.
You need to check the status on Command View, and the events.

Re: Battery assembly error
Thanks vcespon.
The event is very clear:
"Battery assembly '0' has malfunctioned.
View corrective actionsCorrective action code: c8"
and, in the Enclosure tab on controller properties:
Module 0
Operational state: Failed
Charger state: Failed
