Brocade 200E switches error
Two switches went OFFline and we were unable to reach them . ALert alarm was on. We restarted switches and everything was up.
Below are the logs
Chassis 1 3 TRCE-1001 Trace dump available ! (reason: PANIC)
Chassis 1 3 TRCE-1004 Trace dump was not transferred because trace auto-FTP disabled
KSWD-1003 kSWD: Detected unexpected termination of: ''[11]rpcd:0'RfP=708,RgP=708,DfP=0,died=1,rt=399051500,dt=37378,to=50000,aJc=399000000
Can anyone help me to find out what excatly happened that make these switches OFFLINE.
Your help is appreaciated.
With Regards,
M.K

Re: Brocade 200E switches error
what version of FabOS is running on these switches? Have you tryed to reboot the switches, for example by remove and re-attach power cords?
Regards,
Patrick

Re: Brocade 200E switches error
your OS verson is really archaic... Should update asap. Current version is 6.2.3 I think.

Re: Brocade 200E switches error
I agree to Jan that you should install the latest firmware. You can log a case at HP so that they can analyze the error for you. You can collect support informations by using the "supportsave" command.

Patrick
