HP EVA 3000 Disk Windows Server 2003 status at Risk

Hello, I have a Windows Server 2003 with an HBA:
Model: Qlogic QLA2340
Firmware: 2/3/1928
Bios Version: 1.45
Rate Data: 2GB

This server has 4 disks in an EVA3000:
CV: 6.0.2.37
HSV100: 3110 version
Software: SR0025runp-3110

In the records administrator of the system, there are three disks, four disks of the server, still "At Risk".

I also listed the other paths of these discs in the Offline state disks on the system administrator, and system log are these events:

Event Type: Warning

Event Type: Warning

User: N / A
Computer: SAPPROD

I attached the image of the Disk Management.

The server has the HP MPIO installed:
MPIO DSM Full Feature for EVA 3000/5000 VCS 4.xxx Disk Arrays v2.00.01
You know what might be wrong?
THANK YOU!

That Full Feature MPIO is for EVA-3000/5000 with VCS V4 active/active firmware.

You need the "basic MPIO", because VCS V3.110 is active/passive firmware and not recognized by the FF MPIO:

Thank you for answering Uwe, to see if I understand correctly.
What you say is that I have installed MPIO is not what should be installed?

Then I have to do is remove the MPIO that I have is:
MPIO DSM Full Feature for EVA 3000/5000 VCS 4.xxx Disk Arrays v2.00.01

And then install the MPIO who told me, and with this and I would be?

There is a danger that no longer see the disks?

Thanks

Yes, you are understanding correctly.

This is an additional hint that MPIO does not work right now. Windows has discovered this situation and has taken steps to prevent data corruption. But as it does not know how to properly switch between paths (that is the job of the DSM) it just ignores that path.

After installing the basic MPIO DSM it will filter redundant paths and hide them from Window's file system layer.
