Brocade 200E Upgrade Firmware

Hi,

We are running v6.2.2d on our switches and would like to upgrade to v6.2.2e, what is the upgrade path? can we go from 6.2.2d to v6.2.2e directly?

is v6.2.2e the latest FW version for 8/24 Brocade 200E switches? Thanks

The latest firmware for AM868A 8/24 B-series switch is 7.0.0.a; update to 6.3.x first.

I dont think thats right, see below:

Fabric OS 7.0.0a is not supported on any 4 Gbps or earlier switches.

These are Brocade 200E switches which I think are 4GBPS, right?

If you say 8/24 it means 24 ports, 8Gbit/s

16 ports, not 24, SORRY. I thought these were 24 as I was told by my co-worker whos on the remote office. is 6.2.2e the latest for 16p or 6.3.2d which was released JUL 15?

The 200e must be HP's 4/8, so latest firmware is 6.2.2e.

Update directly from your version.

Release notes for 6.3.2d would also tell you that 200E is not listed in the supported products:
