Can not see both msa1k controller via ACU
All,
I have dual HBAs on windows 2003, dual swithes and controllers on MSA1000 and I could not see both controllers in ACU. Does anyone out there has a resolution for this?
Thanks,
Steve

Re: Can not see both msa1k controller via ACU
You will not see both controllers in ACU. Only the active controller.
If you are not seeing MSA in ACU. Check your hba driver. Make sure you are using a HP HBA driver.

Steve:
In ACU, you will see a single entry for the MSA1000, labeled with the serial number(usually) of the shelf.
Happy Holidays!
