Cannot install Command View SDM 1.03 or 1.04

Dear Friends,
The Commandview SDM v1.03 or v1.04 does not get installed in the rp8400 under HP-UX 11i. We are getting following error message while installing :

"Could not access remote file "/opt/SanMgrHA.tar" in software item"

The detail log is attached below.

We have a SAN as follows : rp8400 (A6795A-Tachyon XL2 HBA) Brocade 2400 Switch VA7400 Array.

Can you suggest how can we overcome this situation ?

It should be noted that - we have isntalled the CVSDM software in the other rp8400 server under HP-UX 11i without hassle !
