CLX cluster move failed

What does the following error in the CLX log mean? The resource failed to move.

[CLX: CLX-FS01][ERROR][1144] Takeover action returns ERROR_DC. (0-3-18-11 -> 2)

anyone ??

The reason for the problem was a wrong password in the CLX config ;-(. found it with an wbemdisco test tool.
